B.U.K Experiencing very high packet loss, help and suggestions needed pls.

Hi all,
In B.U.K we have started experiencing a very high packet loss of morethan 45% recently, which is adversely affecting the browsing experience. pls any help and suggesstion on how to arrest the situation is welcomed.

When you have check all your network(Gateway)connections and discover that there is no problem,you then refer to your Internet Service Provider(ISP)for solution.
